I sit here today thinking about music. i have always wanted to be on a stage playing music. i just love jumping around playing great music. but the funny thing is.... i have spent most of my life playing 6 string electric guitar, but the past couple years i have been playing bass guitar. i started out on bass when was 11 or 12 i wanted to be gene simmons. but one day i pick up a guitar and that was it. i was hooked. so all that time.... and now .... fast forward to the present i pick up my sons les paul the other day. hook it up. just me in the house, and u wanna know something.... nothing i get nothing out of it. it just doesnt interest me at all . i LOVE my basses. i LOVE playing, recording just freaking everything about them. i dont say any of this to complain i just find it interesting that this thing that was so apart of me i now find no love for. does that make any kind of sence to anyone.

Heaven or Hell...
Ok so a Week ago today i was on my way to see Motley Cure and Kiss. I had never seen The Cure before and to be honest i wasnt looking forward to it. But im here to tell you they put on a Awesome Show. I could have done without the F word so much but still a Great show. I cant get Dr. Feelgood out of my head. haha! and i never thought i would say this but i would love to see them again. Ive kind of always been a closet Nikki Sixx fan. The man is just a Bad Ass. fun to watch. and the Flame thrower Bass well now that was just the coolest. My friends Paul and the one and only Crazy Man Kyle were there.I always have a Great time with them. So now im reading Nikki's book. that is some Krazy S*#%. As i sit here today writing this i have ear plugs in because my son is behind me playing his drums like a wild man. the next Peter Criss. (as ive said before).
Yeah yeah
Rat-tailed Jimmy he's a second hand hood
Deals out in Hollywood
Got a '65 Chevy, primered flames
Traded for some powdered goods
Jigsaw Jimmy he's runnin' a gang
But I hear he's doin' o.k.
Got a cozy little job through the Mexican mob
Packages the candycaine
He's the one they call Dr. Feelgood
He's the one that makes ya feel all right
He's the one they call Dr. Feelgood

Summer of 1986
Today i was reminded of the college and career group i was apart of that helped me find my way spiritually. it was back in the summer of 1986 i had just graduated high school. probably the best summer of my life. Mulberry baptist church park in lot was the place i learn to worship God. i know that sounds kind of funny a park in lot. But we would stand out in the lot of the church someone would put in Mylon and Brokenheart's Sheep in Wolves Clothing and it was on.So many nights were spent there. The group was Jeff Mcfalls, Steve Hutson, Brain Smith, Christie Yarbrough, Kim King, Connie and Sherry Gwin, Carl Dolly, Diane Moore, Mark Webb and Me. There was more of us, But i think that was the main group. We had a Bible study on monday night at one the leaders house. We learned about the bible, each other and prayed together. Those people helped shape my life and who i am today. i will never forget that time of my life. To God be the Glory!

A New Day...
Today is a New Day.... Ever wish you could go back to yesterday, sure you do. so many things i would say and do different. but you cant do that. So today is what i have and a hope for tomorrow, that the dreams and hopes i have may come to pass.
